Labor Day is traditionally seen as the unofficial kickoff of the general election—the moment when things really start to heat up. So as we head into September (just over two months until Election Day!) we have collected some notable TV ads that have aired over the last few weeks (before Labor Day) to help set the stage for what September and October could bring. These ads reveal how candidates will be framing the race—and the messages they think will boost themselves and/or sink their opponent(s).
